We are blessed to have Christians like yourself, who have dedicated their lives to preaching the gospel in an effort to take back our communities. However, the time has come to re-affirm our enduring spirits to mobilize our members to serve the church, it's vision, and it's community according to God's Purpose. If we are going to restore our churches to it's rightful place in our communities. We must raise the scales of ambition, and demand an even greater effort.
As corporate America has demanded more from us with less, we must be guilded by those same principles in mobilizing our churches to serve our communities in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ !!!
Our goal is to empower church Pastors, leaders, and members to develop customized launch plans while helping to motivate your members to serve in different functions in the church to support the vision of the Pastor. We realized that perhaps as a Pastor or leader you have covered some of these items before, but we are also convinced that some times we have to do something different (such as bringing in a different voice), to get a different result.
If you are like most Pastors and leaders, you are feeling a bit over-whelmed. The workshop is aimed at helping mobilize your members to serve in the excellence of God, the vision that God has given you, and putting it into action !!!

Scope of the Symposium:
The effect of the youth environment of negative influence, is still one of our major concerns. And our knowledge needs to be continually expanded in order to improve on generational gaps, mentorship, trust, and influence of our youth and young adults.
In recent years, we've seen our youth become driven by the increasing need to pursue other entities outside of the church. Lending their talents, God given gifts, and instruments to more stringent elements of life.
The aim of this symposium is to promote discussion and exchange of experiences and information among our youth, young adults, and church leadership.
Youth is inspiring. Children and teenagers are filled with enthusiasm, ideas, creativity, and hopes of a bright future. But the current generation of youth and young adults also live in a very complex world — and our society can sometimes put too much pressure on them.
"Passing The Mantle To The Next... GENERATION," Symposium offers fresh insight on how we can better support and nurture our youths facing life’s most difficult challenges. And we are open to your input, suggestions, and insight. For it truly takes a village to raise a child!
So, let your creative juices flow!!! We look forward to hearing your suggestions.
